Join Sobida Motors Corporation as a Crushing Plant Maintenance Leadman in Taysan, Batangas, and lead critical operational excellence. This full-time role empowers you to oversee plant machinery maintenance, ensuring optimal productivity and safety standards. You'll execute work orders directed by the Production & Maintenance Supervisor while implementing preventive maintenance protocols. The position requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing mechanical/electrical faults, coordinating maintenance teams, and maintaining detailed equipment records. As a vital contributor to Sobida Motors' manufacturing operations, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to industry best practices.

- Supervise and execute maintenance work orders for crushing plant machinery
- Lead maintenance teams in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of spare parts
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing plants
- Strong knowledge of crushing machinery and hydraulic systems
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Proven leadership experience in supervisory roles
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and under pressure
