NNR Global Logistics is currently seeking a skilled CS Airfreight Officer (Import/Export) to join our team in Changi. In this vital role, you will ensure close and prompt action on customers’ shipment arrangements and requirements, ensuring that our global supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently.
As an Airfreight Officer, you will be the key point of contact for coordinating complex logistics operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can liaise closely with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the timely delivery of goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage import and export airway bills and shipping documentation in strict accordance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise closely with freight forwarders, airlines, and customs authorities to ensure seamless cargo clearance and compliance.
- Coordinate shipment arrangements, track cargo status in real-time, and provide regular updates to customers regarding their consignments.
- Resolve any shipment delays, discrepancies, or logistical issues promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Collaborate effectively with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate handling and storage of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of Incoterms, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in airfreight, logistics, or import/export operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of shipping terms, Incoterms, and Singapore Customs regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software or ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
