As a CS Operation Executive, you will be the bridge between our clients and operational teams, ensuring that import and export shipments are processed efficiently and in compliance with international shipping regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import and export documentation process for air freight shipments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolving shipment-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments, ground handlers, and overseas agents to ensure seamless cargo flow.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate data entry in the internal logistics management system.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in identifying operational bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in air freight or logistics is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle diverse clients and partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs clearance procedures is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work in the East region.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
