As a leading postal and logistics corporation, we are expanding our digital financial ecosystem and need dedicated professionals to support our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our Pospay services, assisting with daily transactions and inquiries. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the financial sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide efficient and accurate assistance to customers regarding Pospay transactions, including top-ups, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, and product features via phone or counter.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases to the supervisor when necessary.
  • Promote Pospay services and related financial products to potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily service and sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or the banking/telecommunication industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems or tablets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays.
