Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise day-to-day site construction activities to ensure progress adheres to the project master schedule.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues and site clashes effectively.
- Ensure all civil, structural, and architectural works are executed in strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and international building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain Shimizu's high standards of construction excellence.
- Monitor and enforce site safety protocols (OSH) to ensure a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Assist in technical documentation, including Request for Information (RFI), Method Statements, and material submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, specifically focusing on CSA works within large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction industry standards, building regulations, and safety requirements.
- Willingness to be stationed on-site in Selangor and travel as required by project needs.
