In this pivotal role, you will act as the Modern Work Program Lead, orchestrating the strategic deployment of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and cutting-edge security solutions.
You will be at the forefront of digital transformation, guiding the integration of Copilot and modern cloud-managed devices into the enterprise environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end program management for Microsoft Modern Work initiatives, including Windows 11 and M365 ecosystems.
- Drive the integration and adoption strategy for AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure hardware-software synergy for optimized user experiences.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for security-centric computing solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for product development.
- Facilitate training and workshops to upskill internal teams on new Microsoft feature sets and hardware capabilities.
- Report on program performance metrics, adoption rates, and customer feedback to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related business field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or solution architecture.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows 11 deployment lifecycles, and cloud security frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure or Modern Work technologies is highly desirable.
