Tanggung Jawab

  • Engage with event attendees proactively to ensure a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to attendee inquiries regarding event details, schedules, and logistics.
  • Assist with registration processes and check-in procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle attendee concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the event team and internal support staff to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Gather feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement and promote future event success.
  • Promote company values and customer success initiatives during interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or event support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
