We are seeking a dedicated and professional CSR (Attendee Support) to join the dynamic team at SVC PH Inc. As a vital member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by engaging attendees, answering their questions, and providing top-tier support. Your efforts will directly enhance overall customer satisfaction and promote our commitment to customer success. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₱28,000 per month and provides a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant environment in Cebu City. - Engage with event attendees proactively to ensure a welcoming and positive experience.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to attendee inquiries regarding event details, schedules, and logistics.
- Assist with registration processes and check-in procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle attendee concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with the event team and internal support staff to ensure seamless coordination.
- Gather feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement and promote future event success.
- Promote company values and customer success initiatives during interactions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or event support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
