Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Process orders, applications, and other customer requests efficiently

Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
