Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding work programs, service schedules, and project inquiries.
  • Promptly answer and log all incoming requisitions, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM system.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the operations team to ensure service activities are aligned with client expectations.
  • Monitor and track service progress, providing timely status updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Handle administrative documentation, including work orders, service reports, and client correspondence.
  • Resolve routine customer service inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all records and reports to support operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
