Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Document and update customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and resolution time.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate support team or supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive work environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and soft skills training to ensure top-tier service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma (K-12), Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- No prior BPO or call center experience is required — we welcome fresh graduates and career shifters!
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Manila City.
- Amenable to work in a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
