We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) specializing in Healthcare to join our growing team at CF Solutions Philippines Inc..
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, managing the end-to-end patient scheduling process. You will ensure that appointments are booked accurately, verify patient information, and provide exceptional service that enhances the patient experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage patient scheduling via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Verify patient demographics and update medical records accurately.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding appointment availability.
- Reschedule cancelled appointments and efficiently manage waitlists.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, insurance, and procedures.
- Adhere to strict patient confidentiality and data security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Healthcare Account or BPO environment.
- Strong experience specifically in Patient Scheduling or appointment setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
