As a CSR in our Hotel Reservation department, you will play a key role in managing booking requests, handling customer modifications, and providing top-tier service. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Process booking requests accurately using CRM software and hotel management systems.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities, room types, and special packages to prospective guests.
- Manage customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and polite responses.
- Upsell additional services or room upgrades to maximize revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer profiles and booking records with the highest level of accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center, BPO, or Hotel/Resort environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage.
