Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, transactions, and returns accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to undergo a virtual interview process.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic computer literacy and internet proficiency.
- Must be available for full-time work (8 hours/day).
- No BPO experience required (training will be provided).
