Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Document and update customer account information in the company database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, average handling time, and quality assurance scores.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
- No previous BPO or call center experience required — we will train you!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with typing.
- Willing to work onsite in Taytay, Rizal upon hiring.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be a Filipino citizen with valid government IDs.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
