We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join the STACKph team. In this exciting opportunity, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. The primary focus of this role is on non-voice channels, such as email and chat support, allowing you to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. While the role is largely non-voice, you will also assist with occasional voice calls to ensure a seamless customer journey. This is a fantastic entry-level position open to fresh graduates or anyone looking to kickstart a career in the BPO industry, as no prior BPO experience is necessary. You will be working in a supportive virtual process environment, where you will learn to handle customer escalations, provide accurate product information, and document interactions meticulously. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume email and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with product information, account details, and technical troubleshooting steps.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM database after every interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in daily team huddles, training sessions, and quality assurance checks.
- Provide occasional voice support to complement the non-voice support channels.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree holder (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40-50 wpm).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be trained and learn new processes quickly.
- Must be available to work full-time in Metro Manila.
- No prior BPO experience is required; training will be provided.
