- Monitor and review various types of digital content to ensure alignment with company safety guidelines and community standards.
- Accurately categorize and label data sets to support the development and training of AI algorithms.
- Identify and escalate complex or high-risk content issues to senior team members promptly.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy while working on repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content policies and improve operational workflows.
- Document observations and provide feedback on trends in digital content to improve user safety.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a high school diploma with relevant BPO experience.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced content violations.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and fast typing speed.
- Ability to remain objective and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with the willingness to adapt to evolving content policies.
- Previous experience in content moderation, data entry, or non-voice BPO accounts is a significant advantage.
