We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSR for our Online Videosharing Account. In this role, you will support our digital platforms, ensuring a safe, engaging, and compliant environment for millions of users worldwide.
As part of our Call Centre & Customer Service team, you will act as the first line of defense and support for our online community. Your work will directly impact user experience by monitoring live content, moderating user-generated material, and facilitating positive interactions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and moderate live streams and user-generated video content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Engage with the online community in real-time to foster a positive and safe environment.
- Respond to user inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally via various digital channels.
- Identify and report potential policy violations, abuse, or trending topics to the content moderation team.
- Conduct trend analysis on video platforms to provide insights to content strategists.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and user interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform policies and user engagement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Familiarity with popular online video platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and social media trends.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and 24/7 operational environment.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
