Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Document all interactions and update customer records in the system
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Adhere to company guidelines and performance metrics
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude at all times
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (Senior High School or College level is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Open to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays if required
- No prior BPO experience necessary — comprehensive training provided
