- Respond to customer inquiries regarding property insurance policies via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about policy coverage, claims process, and account updates.
- Assist with policy modifications, cancellations, and renewals while adhering to company guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Document all interactions in the system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.
- Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree in any field is an advantage.
- With or without experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress professionally.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang and amenable to shifting schedules.
- Prior experience in the insurance or BPO industry is a plus.
