Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding property insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy inquiries, endorsements, and premium payments.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on insurance coverage options and recommend suitable products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting or claims, to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office and CRM software.
- Previous experience in the insurance or BPO industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
