Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding property insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy inquiries, endorsements, and premium payments.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on insurance coverage options and recommend suitable products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting or claims, to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, specifically MS Office and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or BPO industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
