Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive CSR strategies aligned with company values and community needs
- Manage external relations with government agencies, local communities, and key stakeholders
- Oversee community development programs and social impact initiatives
- Coordinate security operations to protect personnel, assets, and operational continuity
- Implement crisis management protocols and emergency response systems
- Monitor regulatory compliance and sustainability reporting requirements
- Lead stakeholder engagement forums and conflict resolution processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Security Management
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CSR, community relations, or security management
- Proven leadership experience in industrial or resource sector environments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations on CSR and community development
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and government relations
- Certification in security management or crisis response preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
