You'll be the central point of contact for import/export documentation, shipment tracking, and resolving customs-related challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation including customs declarations, invoices, and certificates
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for timely clearance
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
- Develop and maintain customs compliance procedures and risk mitigation strategies
- Analyze trade data to optimize shipping routes and reduce operational costs
- Liaise with government agencies (Kemendag, BP) for permits and regulatory approvals
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or customs compliance
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations (KUPP, PEB) and INCOTERMS
- Proficiency in customs declaration systems and trade management software
- Strong analytical skills for tariff classification and duty calculation
- Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and logistics partners
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis)
- Professional certifications in customs or international trade (e.g., CDCM) preferred
