Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end permit and licensing applications for international clients
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Research and interpret local, national, and international regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation databases and client records
- Provide strategic guidance on licensing procedures and requirements
- Coordinate cross-border documentation and legal formalities
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures
- Prepare compliance reports for stakeholders and management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in permit/licensing or regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian government regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with document accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Experience with international client management preferred
