Are you passionate about community building and sports? MR.DIY, Malaysia's leading home improvement retailer, is looking for a dynamic and driven CSR Sports Club Executive to join our expanding team. As we continue our rapid growth across the Klang Valley and beyond, we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead, organize, and manage our corporate sports initiatives and community engagement programs.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our internal culture, fostering employee engagement through sports and social responsibility projects. You will be responsible for planning corporate tournaments, managing club logistics, and driving participation in wellness initiatives that align with our corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, coordinate, and execute annual sports calendars and internal corporate tournaments.
- Manage logistical requirements for sports events, including venue booking, equipment sourcing, and budget tracking.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal staff clubs and senior management to ensure alignment with company culture.
- Organize and lead CSR outreach programs that integrate sports with community development.
- Monitor participation levels and evaluate the effectiveness of sports/wellness activities through feedback and data.
- Assist in the promotion of company events through internal communication channels to ensure maximum engagement.
- Maintain records of club memberships, expenditures, and event reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning, sports administration, or community engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to work on weekends or travel when required for major company events.
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and corporate social responsibility.
