Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and accuracy.
- Process customer transactions and provide accurate product or service information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve escalations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date customer database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or Fresh Graduate.
- Open to Career Shifters with strong communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
