Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily preparation and processing of ham products in accordance with company quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment and workstations following strict food safety protocols.
- Monitor temperature logs and ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain food freshness.
- Support the senior culinary team in inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform quality control checks on raw and processed meat items.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling process during high-demand production cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates of Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or any related field are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for food preparation and interest in meat processing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of physical stamina to handle manual tasks.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, safety practices, and sanitation standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be willing to work on a temporary/contract basis in Ugong, Metro Manila.
- Previous internship experience in a commercial kitchen is a plus.
