- Shadow senior kitchen management to learn the intricacies of Korean specialty food production and menu consistency.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring strict adherence to food safety, hygiene (NEA standards), and quality control protocols.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and wastage tracking.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in staff training sessions and help foster a productive, positive kitchen culture.
- Analyze daily performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement and cost optimization.
- Support the restaurant leadership team in executing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Kualifikasi
