Tanggung Jawab
- Lead engaging cultural tours in multiple languages across Bandung's key landmarks
- Develop and deliver informative narratives about local history, traditions, and contemporary culture
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction while adapting to diverse group needs and preferences
- Coordinate with local vendors and attractions to enhance tour experiences
- Collect and incorporate guest feedback to continuously improve tour quality
- Represent Sudut Pandang Bandung professionally while promoting responsible tourism practices
- Maintain accurate tour documentation and inventory of materials
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages highly valued
- Deep knowledge of Bandung's cultural heritage, history, and hidden gems
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior tour guiding or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and cultural sensitivity
- Valid Tour Guide Certification (optional but advantageous)
