Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement strategies to boost morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead internal communication campaigns to ensure alignment with company mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Design and manage health and wellness programs that support the physical and mental well-being of our workforce.
- Conduct regular pulse surveys and engagement diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and actionable insights.
- Facilitate team-building activities and organizational events that promote collaboration across departments.
- Act as a culture ambassador, mentoring leadership teams on best practices for employee recognition and feedback loops.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics to stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations for HR strategy adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, or Internal Communications.
- Prior experience in the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Proven track record in event management and creative internal communications.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/operational site environment (Luwu).
