Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute profit enhancement programs in collaboration with kitchen and marketing teams
- Conduct post-mortem analysis of promotions to derive actionable business insights
- Develop and implement cultural initiatives that boost employee engagement and productivity
- Monitor program KPIs and prepare comprehensive performance reports
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align cultural objectives with business goals
- Lead innovation sessions to identify new revenue streams through cultural initiatives
- Ensure all programs comply with Accor's global brand standards and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in culture management or hospitality operations
- Proven track record in designing profit enhancement programs
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in post-mortem reporting
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across kitchen, marketing, and HR departments
- Deep understanding of Indonesian hospitality market dynamics
