Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks for various subjects and grade levels
- Create engaging lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessment tools aligned with educational standards
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement curriculum and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Research emerging educational trends and integrate innovative teaching methodologies
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness through student performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop supplementary materials to enhance learning experiences and student engagement
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in curriculum design or instructional roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian national education standards (Kurikulum Merdeka)
- Excellent written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in educational technology and curriculum development software
- Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
