Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and update curriculum materials aligned with educational standards and organizational goals
- Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and program improvement opportunities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum accuracy and relevance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational methodologies
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience conducting training needs assessments and program evaluations
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across diverse teams
