In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of early childhood education. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and rigorous evaluation of our core curriculum, including our signature technology-integrated programs and Malay Mother Tongue (MMS) initiatives. Beyond content creation, you will serve as a mentor, delivering high-impact in-house teacher training to ensure our educators are empowered to deliver excellence in the classroom.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and review high-quality Malay language curriculum materials tailored for early childhood learners.
- Coordinate the implementation of S4K core and technology-related programs across our preschool centers.
- Conduct regular evaluations of curriculum effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes are consistently met.
- Design and facilitate in-house teacher training workshops to enhance classroom pedagogy and language delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multimedia and technology into the learning experience.
- Maintain documentation of curriculum standards and ensure alignment with national educational frameworks.
- Support the monitoring and implementation of MMS (Malay Mother Tongue) programs to uphold linguistic excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Language Studies, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of the Malay language (written and spoken) to develop academic content.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, or early childhood teaching.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and train adult learners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Passion for early childhood education and knowledge of current educational technology trends.
- Ability to work effectively within the East Region of Singapore.
