As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the pedagogical integrity of our curriculum, providing guidance to teaching staff, and utilizing data-driven insights to measure institutional growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure strict alignment between academic policies and daily curriculum implementation across all school levels.
- Develop, monitor, and track key performance benchmarks to measure institutional academic effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and constructive feedback to faculty members regarding pedagogical delivery and curriculum adherence.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and audits to ensure teaching quality meets established standards.
- Analyze academic data to identify learning gaps and propose strategic improvements to the curriculum.
- Collaborate with department heads to harmonize the curriculum with national educational standards and IPEKA’s specific learning outcomes.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to introduce new educational tools and improved instructional strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an educational institution.
- In-depth understanding of curriculum development frameworks and modern pedagogical practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret academic data for institutional reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teaching staff.
- Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
