- Lead and manage the mathematics curriculum development process, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and teachers to design engaging, interactive, and standards-aligned lesson plans and resources.
- Conduct regular curriculum reviews and updates to incorporate the latest pedagogical approaches and technological advancements.
- Mentor and coach mathematics teachers, providing professional development opportunities and constructive feedback.
- Monitor and assess student performance, using data-driven insights to inform instructional strategies and interventions.
- Coordinate with school leadership and external stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and community events to promote mathematics education and outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching mathematics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or curriculum development role.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, implementation, and assessment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with Singapore's mathematics curriculum framework (e.g., Singapore Math) and international standards.
- Professional teaching certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
