Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes for custodial accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and execute proactive collection strategies to minimize delinquency.
- Perform daily reconciliation of incoming payments and bank deposits.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and communicate professionally with clients to clear outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation in compliance with company policies and audit standards.
- Coordinate with internal treasury and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports regarding collections metrics and cash flow forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or custodial accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive financial information with high integrity and attention to detail.
