Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all facility surfaces
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers
- Manage waste disposal and recycling programs according to company protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and report issues
- Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of maintenance materials
- Assist with minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized cleaning services or equipment repairs
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facilities maintenance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in custodial or janitorial services
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and proper equipment handling
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 25kg), bending, and prolonged standing
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Valid government-issued ID and clean police clearance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays as needed
