Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and reconcile daily settlement transactions and corporate actions (dividends, rights issues, etc.) with precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date custody records, ledgers, and statutory books in compliance with MAS guidelines.
- Liaise effectively with custodian banks, brokers, and counterparties to resolve queries and facilitate smooth portfolio movements.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements regarding securities operations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly statements, reconciliations, and audit reports for management review.
- Monitor market movements and proactively advise on potential corporate actions impacting client portfolios.
- Support the team in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in custody, securities operations, or back-office finance.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore MAS regulations and the Securities Industry Act.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced functions in Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic trading environment.
