Primatic Freight Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a motivated Custom Declaration Coordinator to join our growing team in Bandar Botanic, Selangor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods across borders by managing essential documentation and compliance processes.
As a Custom Declaration Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our operations team and customs authorities. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, tariff classification, and ensuring that all shipments comply with local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate customs declarations and relevant documentation to authorities.
- Classify goods correctly using Harmonized System (HS) codes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients, shipping lines, and government agencies to resolve clearance issues.
- Monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized digital and physical records of all customs transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest customs regulations, duty rates, and trade policies.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in documentation to prevent shipment delays.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of customs software or electronic declaration systems is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in Bandar Botanic, Selangor.
