Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test custom software components and applications
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to define technical requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2–5 years of experience in custom software development using modern languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Proficiency with frameworks like Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, or Angular
- Experience working in agile/scrum development teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus
