Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer acquisition
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective customers
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
