Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with efficiency and empathy
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Proficiency in English and Filipino with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Basic computer literacy with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
