Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough customer onboarding processes, including KYC verification, to open new accounts.
- Effectively cross-sell Security Bank's suite of products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance, to meet sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a healthy portfolio of new accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during account handling.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base within the Angeles, Pampanga community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience in banking or customer service.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and banking procedures.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
