Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product implementation and application
- Collaborate with sales team to develop custom solutions that meet specific customer requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers
- Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and product feedback
- Work closely with R&D team to communicate customer needs and improve product features
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or application engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools
