  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product implementation and application

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or application engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools
