Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions and handle cash payments.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and visual merchandising to maintain an organized store layout.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and new product arrivals to drive sales.
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
