Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional service to all customers entering the store.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and demonstrations.
- Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure the store layout is clean, organized, and compliant with merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts, and assist with stock replenishment.
- Promote loyalty programs and current store promotions to increase sales.
- Support team members in maintaining a safe and welcoming retail environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (additional dialects are a plus).
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in using computer systems or POS terminals.
- Willingness to learn about health, wellness, and beauty products.
