Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, well-stocked, and presented according to company standards.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and answer inquiries regarding beauty, health, and wellness items.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a solution-oriented and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain excellent store performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Retail or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
