As a Customer Assistant, you are the face of our brand. You will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by providing expert product advice, maintaining store aesthetics, and ensuring our shelves are well-stocked. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide product recommendations based on individual customer health and beauty needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and monitoring expiry dates.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns within the store.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (knowledge of local dialects is a plus).
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude toward customer service.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling cash transactions.
