Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product inquiries, recommendations, and transaction processing
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism according to company policies
- Support promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with retail standards
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets through excellent customer engagement
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and willingness to learn POS systems
- Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle store merchandise
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
