Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, personalized service to all customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Proactively assist customers in locating products and provide expert advice on health and beauty trends.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and product displays.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Support promotional activities and ensure product shelf-talkers are updated correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is a definite advantage.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working well in a team environment.
- Strong interest in health and beauty industry products and trends.
